Eligibility for Returns:

- The item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. For accessories, this means all original tags and packaging must be intact.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or other considerations. These may include e.g., opened bags of coffee, used brewing equipment, sale items.
Return Process:
- Contact us at yegelia@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
- Carefully package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return authorization.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at yegelila@gmail.com ... We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
